Director of Marketing/ Clinical Liaison

This position coordinates and enhances the facility’s inquiry, admission, and marketing process. Provides customers with information via personal visits, market assessments, conversations, and follow-up. Includes internal and external roles. Conducting on-site evaluations of patient referrals and complete daily sales calls on target market and referrals

Job Description:

Takes inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc

Clinically review of referrals and conducting onsite visits

Maintaining and growing relationships with hospital case managers/physicians/dc planners

Identifying needs of the patients/families and directing referrals to facilities.

Identifying needs of the target market and represent the facilities at community partner meetings

Ensures responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding census/premium mix enhancement and management.

Ensures company processes are followed to ensure a timely clinical and financial approval process.

Serves as a member of the marketing team to enhance resident and community relations.

Assist in maintaining a database of medical contacts/community resources.

Requirements:

Admissions/Marketing 1 year experience.

Experience working in a SNF is required

Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payer sources.

Ability to work flexible hours as responsibilities may dictate.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Must be able to clinical review and accept incoming referrals
